Reservations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reservations can be made online, by phone, email or directly at the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>To guarantee the reservation, a deposit or credit card may be required.<\/li>\n<li>The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the requested payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Cancellations and changes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing (email or online form).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standard policy:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Free cancellation within 30 days before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations over 30 days from arrival or no-show: 100% charge.<\/li>\n<li>Some rates (e.g. non-refundable) may have different conditions, indicated at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Check-in \/ Check-out<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> from 15.00 to 22.00<\/li>\n<li>Late check-in after 22:00 may incur a minimum additional charge of 80 Euro<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> before 10.00<\/li>\n<li>Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4.  Payments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and ATM.Payment must be made first or at the latest when you check in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Tourist tax<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be applied according to current legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Behaviour of guests<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests must respect the quietness of the structure and other people present.<\/li>\n<li>It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and common areas (except designated areas).<\/li>\n<li>Damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Other<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>No animals allowed.<\/li>\n<li>We do not accept infants and children under the age of 12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8.
