1. Reservations

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, email or directly at the hotel.
• To guarantee the reservation, a deposit or credit card may be required.
• The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the requested payment.

2. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing (email or online form).
• Standard policy:
• Free cancellation within 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations over 30 days from arrival or no-show: 100% charge.
• Some rates (e.g. non-refundable) may have different conditions, indicated at the time of booking.

3. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 15.00 to 22.00
• Late check-in after 22:00 may incur a minimum additional charge of 80 Euro
• Check-out: before 10.00
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

4. Payments

• We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and ATM.Payment must be made first or at the latest when you check in

5. Tourist tax

• The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be applied according to current legislation.

6. Behaviour of guests

• Guests must respect the quietness of the structure and other people present.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and common areas (except designated areas).
• Damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the customer.

7. Other

• No animals allowed.
• We do not accept infants and children under the age of 12

8. Processing of personal data

• The data provided by guests will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
