1. Reservations
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, email or directly at the hotel.
- To guarantee the reservation, a deposit or credit card may be required.
- The reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the requested payment.
2. Cancellations and changes
- Cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing (email or online form).
- Standard policy:
- Free cancellation within 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations over 30 days from arrival or no-show: 100% charge.
- Some rates (e.g. non-refundable) may have different conditions, indicated at the time of booking.
3. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 15.00 to 22.00
- Late check-in after 22:00 may incur a minimum additional charge of 80 Euro
- Check-out: before 10.00
- Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4. Payments
- We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and ATM.Payment must be made first or at the latest when you check in
5. Tourist tax
- The tourist tax is not included in the rate and will be applied according to current legislation.
6. Behaviour of guests
- Guests must respect the quietness of the structure and other people present.
- It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms and common areas (except designated areas).
- Damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the customer.
7. Other
- No animals allowed.
- We do not accept infants and children under the age of 12
8. Processing of personal data
- The data provided by guests will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
